Annotation in English This bachelor thesis focuses on the verification of the applicability of fluorimetric DNA determination in practise. This thesis focuses on the specification of the conditions of determining DNA by this method. The result of the thesis is an instruction of realization of the DNA determination in the sample, using the fluorimetric method.

2. Aplikovat metodiku na stanovení koncentrace DNA v PCR produktech.
3. Pokusit se korelovat výsledky s dalšími dostupnými údaji.
4. Provést literární rešerši a zpracovat výsledky experimentů do formy BP.
