Dále obsahuje rozbor dopadu nedobrovolné ztráty zaměstnání na jednotlivce spolu s osobní strategií překonávání důsledků ztráty práce. Následuje charakteristika, vývoj, specifické problémy nezaměstnanosti v České republice a úloha státu na trhu práce.

The thesis describes unemployment as a complex social phenomenon. It generally presents the problems of unemployment, its classification, reasons and consequences of its occurrence. Furthermore, it comprises both the analysis of the impact on individuals in case of becoming unemployed involuntarily and the personal strategy of overcoming the consequences of becoming unemployed. Moreover, it deals with the description, development, specific problems of the unemployment in the Czech Republic and the role of the state in the employment market.
