Téma mé bakalářské práce je sestra v roli edukátora. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části rozčleněné na dva celky popisuji edukaci a komunikaci s pacien-tem. Praktická část zpracovává informace o edukaci pacientu. informace jsem získala pomocí dvou dotazníku, sestrám a pacientům. Dotazníkové šetření jsem prováděla v jedné krajské ne-mocnici.

Theme of my bachelor thesis is nurse like an educator. The thesis consists of these two main parts: theoretical and practical. In theoretical part, whitch is divide into two sections, I describe education and communication with patient. The practical part includes the informations about pa-tient education. This informations I get from two questionaris, for nurses and for patients. This investigation I prospect in a regional hospital.
