Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice analýzy normativu týkající se procesu navíjení statorů ve vybrané společnosti. Tato práce vznikla v návaznosti na potřeby vybrané společnosti odpovědět na níže zmíněné otázky a zjistit aktuální stav procesu, zejména jeho předvýrobní fáze. Teoretická část je věnována literární rešerši na téma analýzy výrobních procesů, je rozdělená do 4 kapitol. První kapitola prezentuje teoretické poznatky obecně k tématu výrobních procesů a zároveň popisuje podstatu vybraného výrobního procesu pro řešení bakalářské práce. Navazující druhá kapitola se věnuje normování spotřeby času, rozdělení složek času, které jsou v oblasti analýzy, tvorby a optimalizace normativů velmi důležité. Kapitola číslo tři se věnuje použitým metodám analýzy dat a jejich zpracování, kapitola je kompatibilní s poslední kapitolou teoretické části, která pojednává o zlepšování výrobních procesů. Praktická část začíná představením společnosti a popisem procesu, vybraného pro optimalizaci v rámci řešení bakalářské práce. Sedmá kapitola je věnována procesní a datové analýze. Vypracovaná analýza slouží jako podklad pro tvorbu nového normativu pro vybraný výrobní proces. Předposlední kapitola se nazývá Návrh možností uplatnění této analýzy. Obsahuje prezentaci postupových kroků, které byly vytvořené pro návrh komplexního postupu tvorby normativu pro navíjení statorů ve vybrané společnosti. kde je přesněji popsáno, čím tato bakalářská práce může být přínosná pro vybraný výrobní proces. Poslední kapitola je věnována přínosům této analýzy a navrženého postupu tvorby normativu pro podnik. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza aktuálního stavu předvýrobních operací vybraného procesu a procesního postupu pro tvorbu normativu v budoucnu. Dílčími cíli této práce jsou vyvrácení přímé závislosti osové výšky a počtu drážek na pracnosti a nákladech. a návrh co nejlepších možností uplatnění analýzy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of normative analysis concerning the stator winding process in a selected company. This thesis was developed in response to the needs of the selected company to answer the questions mentioned below and to find out the current status of the process, especially its pre-production phase. The theoretical part is devoted to the literature search on the topic of manufacturing process analysis, it is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter presents theoretical knowledge in general on the topic of manufacturing processes and also describes the essence of the selected manufacturing process for the solution of the bachelor thesis. The subsequent second chapter is devoted to the norming of time consumption, the distribution of time components, which are very important in the analysis, creation and optimization of norms. Chapter three is devoted to the data analysis methods used and their processing, the chapter is compatible with the last chapter of the theoretical part, which deals with the improvement of manufacturing processes. The practical part starts with an introduction of the company and a description of the process selected for optimization in the framework of the bachelor thesis solution. The seventh chapter is devoted to process and data analysis. The developed analysis serves as a basis for the creation of a new normative for the selected production process. The penultimate chapter is called Proposal of possibilities of application of this analysis. It contains a presentation of the process steps that have been developed for the design of a comprehensive procedure for the creation of a normative for stator winding in the selected company. where it is described in more detail how this bachelor thesis can benefit the selected production process. The last chapter is devoted to the benefits of this analysis and the proposed normative development procedure for the company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of the pre-production operations of the selected process and the process procedure for the normative creation in the future. The sub-objectives of this thesis are to refute the direct dependence of axial height and number of grooves on labour and cost. and suggesting the best possible ways of applying the analysis.
