Annotation	Práce interpretuje vývoj alternativních trestů z odborné literatury, aplikuje některé profesní zkušenosti ze sociální služby a potvrzuje nutnost resocializačního programu v kooperaci s probační a mediační službou pro zamezení recidivy delikventního chování.
Annotation in English	The work explains a evolution of the alternative punishment from the special literature, employs some professional experiences from the social serv;ices and confirms the necessity of resocially programme in the cooperation with the probatipn and mediation service for the prevention of a relapse into delnquent behaviour.
