Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému vzdělávání manažerů ve společnosti Mora Aerospace a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje rozbor teoretických aspektů týkajících se podstaty a procesu podnikového vzdělávání. V praktické části je za pomocí dotazníků a studií vnitropodnikových materiálů zhodnocen průběh a úroveň systému vzdělávání ve společnosti Mora Aerospace a.s. Hlavním záměrem mé bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit systém vzdělávání a navrhnout doporučení a opatření v oblasti vzdělávání ve společnosti, což bude také výsledkem této práce.

This bachelor thesis discusses the analysis of the manager education in Mora Aerospace,Inc. firm. The thesis consists of 2 main parts. In the theoretical chapter the research of the theoretical aspects relevant to the basis and the company educational process is the focus of attention. In the practical part is with the help of the checklists and studies of the intradepartmental materials estimated the process and the level these educational programms in Mora Aerospace, Inc. firm. The goal of this paper work is to suggest recommendation and procuration for firm Mora Aerospace, Inc. in the area training programme.
