Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá všeobecnou analýzou a popisem rozdílů mezi negací ve standardní a afroamerické angličtině. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzovat obě zmiňované negace z pohledu gramatických rozdílností a objasnit její užívání v každodenním anglickém jazyce. Proto jsem se detailně věnoval jak negaci v obou verzích anglického jazyka, tak i použití názorných příkladů, na kterých jsou zkoumané rozdíly znázorněny.

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis and general description of the differences between Standard English negation and African American negation. The main aim of the work is to analyse both mentioned negations in terms of grammatical differences and clarify their actual usage in the English language. Therefore, I studied both negations in detail and used practical examples to support the differences mentioned in the thesis.
