Diplomová práce se zabývá podílem jednotek požární ochrany města Olomouce
na ochraně obyvatelstva v letech 2018-2022 a skládá se z teoretické části
a praktické části. Obsahuje zhodnocení podílu, zjištěné problémy a návrhy
na řešení těchto problémů.
Teoretická část popisuje ochranu obyvatelstva, jednotky požární ochrany a také spojení těchto dvou hlavních témat v podobě úkolů jednotek požární ochrany
při plnění úkolů ochrany obyvatelstva.
Praktická část je věnována jednotkám požární ochrany na území města Olomouce
a jejich podílu na ochraně obyvatelstva za zkoumané období posledních 5 let. Dále je věnována zhodnocení, zjištěným problémům a následným návrhům na jejich řešení a odstranění.

The diploma thesis deals with the participation of the fire protection units
of the city of Olomouc in the protection of the population in the years
2018-2022 and consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. It contains an evaluation of the share, the identified problems and proposals for solving these problems.
The theoretical part describes the protection of the population, fire protection units and also the combination of these two main topics in the form of the tasks of fire protection units in the performance of the tasks of population protection.
The practical part is devoted to the fire protection units in the territory
of the city of Olomouc and their contribution to the protection
of the population in the last 5 years. Furthermore, it is devoted
to the evaluation, the identified problems and subsequent proposals for their solution and elimination.
