Tato bakalářská práce popisuje analýzu systému skladování a manipulaci ve výrobním podniku odštěpném závodu Elektromotory Mohelnice SIEMENS s.r.o. Cílem práce je analýza a návrh na zlepšení manipulace a s ním spojené skladování materiálu ve výrobním podniku. Bakalářská práce má dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se uvádí rešerše zkoumané problematiky. V praktické části je popsán výrobní podnik, ve kterém se analýza prováděla. Dále jsou tu popsané činnosti, které se v podniku dělají. Jako je skladování a manipulace s materiálem. Jako analytické metody se použily snímek pracovního dne, měření práce pracovníka a statická analýza dat. Podle zjištěných výsledků pro analýzu bylo navrhnuto optimalizační doporučení současného stavu ve společnosti.

This bachelor thesis describes the analysis of the storage and handling system in the production plant Elektromotory Mohelnice SIEMENS s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is the analysis and proposal for the improvement of handling and related storage of materials in the production plant. The bachelor thesis has two parts theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, a research of the studied issue is presented. The practical part describes the manufacturing enterprise in which the analysis was carried out. Furthermore, the activities that are done in the enterprise are described. Such as storage and material handling. The analytical methods used were snapshot of the working day, measurement of worker's work and static data analysis. According to the results found for the analysis, optimization recommendation of the current situation in the company was proposed.
