ABSTRAKT
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí komunikace v práci sester na dětských odděleních. Je slo-žena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na metody verbální a ne-verbální komunikace a vývoj řeči v jednotlivých, vývojových období dítěte. První a druhá kapitola definuje komunikaci z obecného hlediska. Další kapitoly teoretické části popisují specifika komunikace s dětmi v jednotlivých vývojových obdobích. Praktická část se za-bývá úrovní dosažení komunikačních dovedností sester, pracujících s dětmi. Předala jsem dotazníky sestrám Zlínského kraje, pracujících na dětských odděleních. Dotazníky měly 18 otázek a zabývaly různými oblastmi komunikace s dětmi. Výstupem mé bakalářské práce je edukační materiál, sloužící k praktické komunikaci mezi sestrou a dítětem.

ABSTRACT
This thesis deals with the role of communication in the work of nurses in pediatric wards. It consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the methods of verbal and nonverbal communication and language development in particular stages of child development. The first and second chapter defines communication in general terms. Next two chapters describe the specifics of communication with children at different de-velopmental stages. The practical part deals with the achievement levels of communication skills of nurses working with children. I gave questionnaires to nurses of Zlín region, who works in pediatric wards. Questionnaires consist of 18 questions and deal with different areas of communication with children. The outcome of this thesis is educational material, used for practical communication between the nurse and the child.

V teoretické části vymezit metody verbální a neverbální komunikace, vývoj řeči
v jednotlivých obdobích dítěte a zásady přenosu komunikace mezi sestrou a dětským pacientem.
V praktické části sledovat komunikační dovednosti sester na dětských odděleních. Dotazníkovým šetřením získat informace týkající se problému komunikace mezi sestrou a dítětem.
Vypracovat edukační materiál určený pro komunikaci s dětským pacientem.
Research Plan
V teoretické části vymezit metody verbální a neverbální komunikace, vývoj řeči
v jednotlivých obdobích dítěte a zásady přenosu komunikace mezi sestrou a dětským pacientem.
V praktické části sledovat komunikační dovednosti sester na dětských odděleních. Dotazníkovým šetřením získat informace týkající se problému komunikace mezi sestrou a dítětem.
Vypracovat edukační materiál určený pro komunikaci s dětským pacientem.
