Práce se zabývá procesem implementace PLM systému v prostředí průmyslového podniku. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní požadavky na funkcionalitu PLM systémů, na základě kterých je pak vybrán konkrétní PLM systém, který požadavky splňuje. Následná analýza současného stavu IT prostředí pak poskytuje informace, které jsou využity v návrhu re-engineeringu stávajících systémů tak, aby byl efekt pro podnik co největší. Cílem je zvýšení produktivity práce a minimalizace ztrát podniku a tím dosažení výhody v konkurenčním tržním prostředí.
Annotation in English
The thesis deals with the process of implementation of a PLM system in the environment of an industrial company. The theoretic part defines the basic requirements for the functionality of PLM systems, on the basis of which the particular PLM system which meets the requirements is chosen. The following analysis of the present status of the IT environment provides the information which is used in the proposition of the re-engineering of the current systems so that the efficiency for the company is as good as possible. The aim is the increase of the productivity of labour and the minimization of the company´s loss, and thus achieving an advantage in the competing marketing environment.
