Práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy rizik v logistickém procesu expedice v letecké výrobě. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši vztahující se k danému tématu, přináší celou řadu pojmů logistiky, logistického procesu, distribuční a výrobní logistiky, metodiky řízení rizik dle normy ISO 31 000:2018. Praktická část nás seznamuje v samotném úvodu s vývojem letecké dopravy, historií společnosti Aircraft Industries, a. s. Kunovice a její organizační strukturou. Práce zahrnuje vlastní analýzu rizik na pracovišti expedice s využitím metod přímého pozorování, strukturovaných rozhovorů, matice a mapy rizik s následným návrhem opatření vedoucí k redukci identifikovaných rizik na oddělení expedice.

The work deals with the issue of risk analysis in the logistical process of shipping in aircraft production. The theoretical part contains literature research related to the given topic, brings a whole range of concepts of logistics, logistics process, distribution and production logistics, risk management methodology according to the ISO 31 000:2018 standard. In the very introduction, the practical part introduces us to the development of air transport, the history of Aircraft Industries, a. s. Kunovice and its organizational structure. The work includes an own analysis of risks at the expedition workplace using methods of direct observation, structured interviews, a risk matrix, and map, followed by the proposal
of measures leading to the reduction of identified risks in the expedition department.
