Management tělesné teploty představuje měření, dokumentování a hodnocení tělesné teploty u pacientů v rámci poskytování ošetřovatelské perioperační péče. Management přispívá k prevenci vzniku nežádoucí perioperační hypotermie a jejím možným komplikacím. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda u pacientů indikovaných k totální náhradě kolenního kloubu dochází ke změnám normotermie a vlivem jakých faktorů. Praktická část práce je realizována metodou obsahové analýzy zdravotnické dokumentace a záznamového archu.
Z praktické části vyplynulo, že při výskytu nežádoucí perioperační hypotermie hraje největší roli její prevence.

Management of body temperature represents monitoring, documenting, and evaluating patients' body temperature during perioperative nursing care. Management contributes to the prevention of inadvertent perioperative hypothermia and its possible complications. The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out whether patients indicated for total knee replacement experience changes in normothermia and due to what factors. Method of content analysis of their progress notes and record sheets of patients' body temperature was used.
The empirical part showed that in the occurrence of inadvertent perioperative hypothermia, its prevention plays the greatest role.
