Cílem diplomové práce je provedení instalace a implementace technologie dělení do procesu výroby a stávajícího výrobně informačního systému na provoze VF Tažírna oceli, za účelem získání celkového přehledu o výrobě od prvotního zaplánování, přes online sledování výroby, online sběr dat, až po jeho následné využití k další analýze, sledování parametru poruchovosti a celkového využití strojního zařízení CEZ.
V teoretické části je vysvětlena důležitost a podstata automatizace a s tím spojené robotizace, kdy do popředí vystupují hlavní motivy, kterými jsou zvýšení kvality výroby a produktivity práce při zachování, nebo zvýšení flexibility výroby, je objasněn pojem podnikový informační systém. Současně jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s informačními technologiemi.
Praktická část je věnována představení provozu VF Tažírna oceli TŽ, a.s., je provedena analýza současného stavu, popsána potřeba instalace technologie dělení, následně popsán proces implementace technologie do stávajícího výrobně informačního systému ELVIS s jeho realizací.
Závěr obsahuje vyhodnocení a návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the installation and implementation of cutting technology into the production process and current production information system on the VF Steel Drawing Plant in order to obtain an overview of the production flow. From initial planning, through on-line production monitoring and on-line data collection, to its subsequent application for further analysis, monitoring of failure rate and technical availability of the production line OEE.
The theoretical part explains the core and importance of automation and associated robotization. Leading themes are improving quality of production and productivity while retaining or increasing flexibility. The technical term Production Information System is clarified. Fundamental technical terms related to the information technologies have been defined as well.
The experimental part concerns with the description of production plant VF Steel Drawing Plant, a.s. An analysis of the current state was carried out, the requirement of installation of the cutting technology was defined, the process of implementation of the technology into the existing ELVIS production information system followed including execution itself.
Conclusions include evaluations, suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
