Cieľom diplomovej práce je zistiť súčasné trendy v komerčnom životnom poistení
na základe analýz jednak dotazníkového šetrenia a taktiež doplnkových štatistík. V teoretickej časti sú uvedené pojmy poistného trhu, samotný poistný trh, jeho regulácia
a dohľad nad ním, ďalej komerčné poisťovne a členenie komerčného poistenia. V praktickej časti je analýza dotazníkového šetrenia, analýza štatistiky poskytovania jednotlivých druhov poistenia na Slovensku, analýza štatistiky percentuálnych zmien počtu poistných zmlúv
na Slovensku, analýza hrubého priameho predpísaného poistného v rámci vybraných krajín Európskej únie a tiež poplatková štruktúra vybraných produktov investičného životného poistenia a praktická ukážka rozdielov medzi sporením cez poistenie a sporením v správcovských spoločnostiach. Na základe výsledkov je v závere práce určený súčasný trend.
Annotation in English
The aim of the thesis is to find out the current trends in commercial life insurance based on analyzes of both the questionnaire survey as well as additional statistics. The theoretical part presents the concepts of the insurance market, the insurance market itself, its regulation and its supervision, as well as commercial insurance companies and the breakdown of commercial insurance. The practical part is an analysis of the questionnaire survey, analysis of statistics on the provision of individual types of insurance in Slovakia, analysis of statistics of percentage changes in the number of insurance contracts in Slovakia, an analysis of gross direct premiums written within selected countries of the European Union as well as the fee structure of selected unit-linked life insurance products and a practical demonstration of the differences between savings through insurance and savings in management companies. Based on the results, the current trend is determined at the end of the work.
