Diplomová práca prezentuje projekt racionalizácie skladu v spoločnosti FTE Automotive
Slovakia. Táto téma je aktuálna vzhľadom k stále väčšej orientácii na potreby zákazníka.
Cieľom práce je optimalizácia a zefektívnenie skladových procesov, ktorá je realizovaná
pomocou troch ukazatelov - zvýšenie prietoku skladu, zníženie priebežnej doby
vychystávania a vyexpedovania materiálu. K naplneniu týchto cieľov sú využité analytické
nástroje a metódy ako SWOT analýza, metóda Ripran, logický rámec a projektové
riadenie. Hlavné výstupy práce sú analýza existujúceho skladového systému firmy, zistenie
nedostatkov, návrhy nových variantov riešenia problému a ich implementácia do praxe s
využitím predstavených metód. Prínosom diplomovej práce je zefektívnenie
materiálového toku, časové úspory a zníženie finančnej náročnosti prevádzkovania skladu.

The diploma thesis presents the warehouse rationalization project in the company FTE
Automotive Slovakia. This topic is relevant due to the increasing focus on customer needs.
The goal of the work is the optimization and streamlining of warehouse processes, which is
implemented using three indicators - increasing the flow of the warehouse, reducing the
time it takes to pick and dispatch the material. Analytical tools and methods such as SWOT
analysis, Ripran method, logical framework and project management are used to fulfill
these goals. The main outputs of the work are the analysis of the company's existing
warehouse system, the identification of shortcomings, proposals for new variants of
solving the problem and their implementation in practice using the presented methods. The
benefit of the thesis is the streamlining of the material flow, time savings and reduction of
the financial burden of running the warehouse.
