Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života žen po hysterektomii. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje anatomií ženských pohlavních orgánů a popisem různých technik hysterektomie. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na definování kvality života, jejího vztahu se zdravím a také jejím hodnocením. Praktická část je zaměřená na vyhodnocení výsledků pomocí grafů a tabulek s popisy. Výzkum byl proveden kvantitativním šetřením, technikou dotazníku. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění dopadu hysterektomie na kvalitu života žen, průměrný věk žen při hysterektomii, nejčastější indikace vedoucí k hysterektomii, následky hysterektomie a subjektivní hodnocení kvality života žen. Dále zjištění chápání sebe sama po hysterektomii, psychické změny a informovanost žen po operaci.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the quality of life in women after. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the female genital organs and a description of different hysterectomy techniques. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on defining the quality of life, its relationship with health and also its assessment. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the results using graphs and tables with descriptions. The research was carried out by quantitative investigation using questionnaire technique. As a result of this work, the impact of hysterectomy on the quality of life of women, the average age of women at hysterectomy, the most common indications leading to hysterectomy, the consequences of hysterectomy and the subjective evaluation of the quality of life of women were determined. Furthermore, findings on women's understanding of self after hysterectomy, psychological changes and awareness after surgery.
