Annotation Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá štúdiom vlastností polybutyléntereftalátu (PBT), ktorý je modifikovaný aditívami pre zvýšenie odolnosti voči hydrolýze, horľavosti a rázovej húževnatosti. Práca sa zaoberá skúmaním vplyvu vlhkosti na vlastnosti PBT. Teoretická časť sa vo všeobecnosti zaoberá daným polymérom, jeho výrobou, vlastnosťami a konkrétnymi modifikáciami PBT v automobilovom priemysle. V praktickej časti bol vyhodnotený vplyv vlhkosti na PBT pomocou termických analýz (TGA a DSC), spektroskopických analýz (FTIR, UV-Vis-NIR a kolorimetria) a mechanickou skúškou (Charpy test).
Annotation in English The bachelor thesis is focused on the research of the polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) characteristics, which is modified with additives increasing its resistance to hydrolysis, flammability, and impact strength. The study deals with the research of the humidity influence on the attributes of PBT. The theoretical part in general focuses on the specific polymer, its production, characteristics and specific PBT modifications in the automotive industry. The practical part aims on the evaluation of humidity influence on the PBT by using thermal analyzes (TGA and DSC), spectroscopic analyzes (FTIR, UV-Vis-NIR and colorimetry) and mechanical testing (Charpy test).

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá štúdiom vlastností polybutyléntereftalátu (PBT), ktorý je modifikovaný aditívami pre zvýšenie odolnosti voči hydrolýze, horľavosti a rázovej húževnatosti. Práca sa zaoberá skúmaním vplyvu vlhkosti na vlastnosti PBT. Research Plan

BP se zabývá studiem vlastností polybutylentereftalátu (PBT), který je modifikován aditivy pro zvýšení odolnosti proti hydrolýze, hořlavosti a zvýšení rázové houževnatosti.

BP bude obsahovat rešerši na téma PBT s využitím v automobilovém průmyslu a souhrn jeho vlastností včetně aditiv, která se používají k jeho úpravě, resp. posílení jeho vlastností. Během praktické části si studentka osvojí práci se spektroskopickými metodami, konkrétně UV-Vis-NIR spektroskopií, infračervenou spektroskopií, kolorimetrií, metodami termické analýzy (DSC a TGA) a dále testy na hodnocení rázové houževnatosti, hořlavosti a hydrolýzy polymerů. 
Práce bude provedena ve spolupráci s externí firmou zabývající se výzkumem a vývojem materiálů a komponent pro automobilový průmysl, která poskytne materiály pro studium.

Research Plan

BP se zabývá studiem vlastností polybutylentereftalátu (PBT), který je modifikován aditivy pro zvýšení odolnosti proti hydrolýze, hořlavosti a zvýšení rázové houževnatosti.

BP bude obsahovat rešerši na téma PBT s využitím v automobilovém průmyslu a souhrn jeho vlastností včetně aditiv, která se používají k jeho úpravě, resp. posílení jeho vlastností. Během praktické části si studentka osvojí práci se spektroskopickými metodami, konkrétně UV-Vis-NIR spektroskopií, infračervenou spektroskopií, kolorimetrií, metodami termické analýzy (DSC a TGA) a dále testy na hodnocení rázové houževnatosti, hořlavosti a hydrolýzy polymerů. 
Práce bude provedena ve spolupráci s externí firmou zabývající se výzkumem a vývojem materiálů a komponent pro automobilový průmysl, která poskytne materiály pro studium.
