Annotation Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stanovení koncentrace stopových prvků v českých medech. V teoretické části je popsáno rozdělení medu a jeho složení. Dále jsou zde popsány stopové prvky a analytické metody pro stanovení stopových prvků. V praktické části je popsána příprava vzorků a naměřené výsledky. Všechny výsledky jsou zhodnoceny a porovnány s literaturou.
Annotation in English The bachelor thesis is focused on determining the concentration of trace elements in Czech honey. The theoretical part describes the distribution of honey and its composition. Furthermore, trace elements and analytical methods for the determination of trace elements are described here. The practical part describes the preparation of samples and measured results. All results are evaluated and compared with the literature.
