Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zavedení informačního systému do konkrétního podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá informačními systémy, projekty a jejich fázemi, lidskými zdroji. Praktická část je věnována rozboru stávajícího stavu posuzovaného podniku, implementaci informačního systému a vyhodnocení projektu. Součástí praktické části je zpracování projektu pro posuzovaný podnik, včetně časového harmonogramu a zhodnocení finanční náročnosti implementace.

The diploma thesis is focused on the introduction of an information system into a particular enterprise. The theoretical part deals with information systems, projects and their phases, human resources. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the assessed enterprise, the implementation of the information system and the evaluation of the project. Part of the practical part is the elaboration of the project for the assessed enterprise, including the time schedule and evaluation of the financial demands of the implementation.
