Annotation	Ve své práci se budu zabývat parfémy. Odkdy se parfémy pouţívají a jaký byl jejich prvot-ní význam. Dále jejich vývojem od prvních náznaků parfémů, vonných kouřů aţ po nej-známější a nejdraţší parfémy dnešní doby. Popisuju, jak vnímáme vůně a jak vypadá naše čichové ústrojí. Parfémy se vyrábí z rostlinných i ţivočišných surovin. Více se uplatňují rostlinné silice. Silice se získávají v zásadě třemi způsoby: destilací, extrakcí a lisováním. V závěru se zabývám sloţením parfémů a jejich dělením podle typu obsaţených silic a podle procentuálního zastoupení silic v kompozicích.
Annotation in English	In my thesis I will deal with perfumes. Since when perfumes were used and what their pri-mary meaning were. Further their evolution from the first signs of perfumes, aromatic smoke, to the best-known and the most expensive perfumes today. I am describing, how we perceive smells and how our smell systems look like. Perfumes are made from natural and animal materials. Nature essential oils are more applied. Essential oils are acquired by free ways: distillation, extraction and pressing. In conclusion I am dealing with the composition of perfumes and their dividing according to types of contained essential oils and according to the percentage of composition.
