Annotation	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rizik nakládání s odpadem na území obce Svatobořice-Mistřín. Teoretická část se věnuje legislativě odpadového hospodářství, plány odpadového hospodářství, dělením odpadů do kategorií a hierarchií při nakládání s nimi a také analýze rizik. V praktické části je řešena problematika nakládání s odpady na území dané obce, konkrétní kategorizace odpadů a jak je s nimi nakládáno. Pro zhodnocení odpadového hospodářství je použita metoda SWOT analýzy a na podrobnější ohodnocení a nalezení rizik byla použita analýza FMEA. Závěr práce tvoří zhodnocení stávajícího systému odpadového hospodářství a návrhy na opatření ke zkvalitnění systému nakládání s odpady.
Annotation in English	The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of waste management risks in the territory of the municipality of Svatobořice-Mistřín. The theoretical part deals with waste management legislation, waste management plans, waste categorization, and waste management hierarchies as well as risks analysis. The practical part deals with waste management in the territory of the municipality, specific categorisation of waste, and how it is managed. The SWOT analysis method is used to evaluate waste management and the FMEA analysis is used to evaluate and identify risks in more detail. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the existing waste management system and suggestions for measures to improve the waste management system.
