Cílem bakalářské práce je Analýza rizik na vybraném pracovním místě. Teoretická část plynule popisuje management rizik přes související normy až po proces posuzovaní rizik, jehož součástí je právě analýza rizik. Dále nahlíží na téma z perspektivy bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Popisuje proces prevence rizik a kategorizace prací. Rozsáhle studuje rizikové faktory. Pojednává o právních předpisech, definuje pojmy související s pracovním prostředím a popisuje metody analýzy rizik. V praktické části implementuje poznatky k provedení samotné analýzy rizik na zvoleném pracovním místě. Závěrem představuje návrh opatření k redukci rizik.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the risks at the selected workplace. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the risk management, the related standards and the risk assessment process, of which risk analysis is a part. In addition, it is also occupied with the topic about safety and protection of the health while being at the workplace. It describes the process of risk prevention and work categorisation. The thesis extensively studies risk factors. Furthermore, discusses legislation, defines terms related to the working environment and describes methods of risk analysis. In the practical part, the thesis aims to implement the knowledge to carry out the actual risk analysis in a selected workplace. Finally, it presents a proposal to take measures for the risks reduction.
