Cílem této diplomové práce bylo hodnocení vlivu kosmeceutika Argirelinu na stav pokožky. Práce srovnávala rozdílné působení Argirelinu v různých koncentracích a v různých formulacích. Studie byla rozdělena na dvě části. V první části studie byl testován jednoduchý gel s koncentrací Argirelinu 5 a 12,5 %. Druhá část studie hodnotila komerční přípravky Dermabotexin (Argireline) a Renovia (kyselina hyaluronová, retinol, ceramidy). U všech argirelinových formulací a krému Renovia byl sledován stav hydratace pokožky, TEWL, elasticita a objem vrásek.
Výsledky diplomové práce potvrzují deklarovanou účinnost Argirelinu na redukci vrásek. Důležité je zjištění, že Argireline v porovnání s jinými běžně používanými kosmeceutiky má na zmírnění projevů vrásek silnější vliv. Dalším přínosným výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že Argireline zapracovaný do gelu snižuje hydrataci pokožky. Z tohoto důvodu je žádoucí, aby byl Argireline v kosmetických formulacích kombinován s aktivními látkami, které hydrataci zvyšují.
Annotation in English
The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the effect of the cosmeceutical Argireline on the skin. The work compared the different effects of Argireline being present in different concentrations and in different formulations. The study consisted of two parts. In the first part of the study, a simple gels with Argireline in concentrations of 5 and 12.5% were tested. The second part of the study evaluated the commercial products Dermabotexin (Argireline) and Renovia (hyaluronic acid, retinol, ceramides). The skin hydration, TEWL, elasticity and volume of the wrinkles were measured for all Argireline formulations and Renovia cream. The results of the thesis confirm the declared efficacy of Argireline in the reduction of wrinkles. It is important to stress that Argireline shows a stronger effect on wrinkle reduction than other commonly used cosmeceuticals. Another beneficial result of this work is the finding that Argireline incorporated into the gels reduced skin hydration. For this reason, it is desirable for Argireline formulations to be supplemented active ingredients that increase hydration.
