Annotation Povrchy biomateriálů hrají důležitou roli při adhezi a následné proliferaci buněk. V této práci byly modifikovány čtyři různé povrchy za pomocí želatiny a bovinního sérového albuminu za účelem zkoumání vlivu povrchu na proliferaci a viabilitu buněk. Současně byla provedena izolace exosomů za pomoci komerčního kitu, které byly následně použity jako další modifikační složka. Vliv povrchů na viabilitu buněk myších fibroblastů byl vyhodnocen fluorescenčním mikroskopem a metodou MTT.
Annotation in English Biomaterial surfaces play an important role in cell adhesion and subsequent proliferation. In this work, four different surfaces were modified with gelatin and bovine serum albumin to investigate the effect of the surface on cell proliferation and viability. At the same time, the exosomes were isolated by a commercial isolation kit, which were subsequently used as another modification component. The effect of surfaces on the viability of mouse fibroblast cells was evaluated by fluorescence microscopy and MTT method

Povrchy biomateriálů hrají důležitou roli při adhezi a následné proliferaci buněk. Research Plan Studentka se seznámí s problematikou izolace, charakterizace a především významu exosomů. Zaměří se především na exosomy produkované kmenovými buňkami.
