Annotation Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo porovnanie vplyvu rôznych povrchových úprav, ktoré boli vykonané na dieloch vytvorených procesom 3D tlače, konkrétne procesom FLM. Bol vytvorený testovací mechanizmus na báze planetárneho prevodového systému. Medzi povrchové úpravy, ktoré boli v tejto práci vykonané, patria pieskovanie a leptanie. Taktiež bol študovaný vplyv tolerancie medzi jednotlivými ozubenými kolesami na mieru opotrebenia. Hlavnou veličinou pri vyjadrovaní opotrebenia bola stratená hmotnosť.
Annotation in English The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to compare the impact of different methods of surface finish, which were used to modify parts created using additive technology, specifically FLM processes. Testing mechanism was designed and built on the basis of planetary gear system. Two of the methods used for surface finishing were sand blasting and vapour smoothing. One of the studied components was also the wear caused by backlash between individual gears in the gear train. The main studied element to quantify wear in the system was lost mass.
