Bakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu pripravenosti Nemocnice s poliklinikou Prievidza so sídlom v Bojniciach. Teoretická časť práce definuje základné pojmy použité v práci a legislatívu k danej problematike. Ďalšie kapitoly zahŕňajú personálne a materiálne vybavenie v oblasti krízového riadenia a krízovú pripravenosť nemocníc. Úvod praktickej časti opisuje nemocnicu, jej historický vývoj a súčasný stav. Ďalej je v praktickej časti preskúmaná aktuálna krízová pripravenosť vybranej nemocnice a pripravenosť nemocnice na výpadok elektrickej energie. Záverečná časť obsahuje návrh opatrení v oblasti pripravenosti nemocnice na výpadok elektrickej energie a krízovej pripravenosti nemocnice. V práci sú použité metódy WHAT IF, heuristická analýza a ďalšie.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the Emergency Preparedness of the Hospital Prievidza in Bojnice. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic concepts used in the work and legislation on the issue. Other chapters include staffs and materials´ equipment in the field of crisis management and crisis preparedness of hospitals. The opening practical part describes the presentation of the hospital, its historical development and current status. The next chapter deals with the current crisis preparedness of the selected hospital and the hospital´s readiness for power outages. The last part contains the proposal of measures in the area of hospital preparedness in case of power outages and hospital emergency preparedness. WHAT IF methods, heuristic analysis and other ones are uses in the work.
