Předložená disertační práce je zaměřena na problematiku společenské odpovědnosti organizací v České republice. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat současný stav ve využívání konceptu CSR v České republice a na jeho základě navrhnout metodický návod sloužící k aplikaci konceptu CSR v praxi. V úvodu autor přibližuje důvody volby uvedeného tématu. V první kapitole jsou formulována teoretická východiska, která se vztahují k problematice společenské odpovědnosti organizací. Pozornost je zde věnována vývoji a vymezení konceptu společenské odpovědnosti organizací, základním pilířům CSR a problematice zapojení stakeholders. Ve druhé kapitole autor definuje hlavní cíl, dílčí cíle a hypotézy disertační práce. Ty jsou doplněny postupem a obsahem disertační práce. Ve třetí kapitole autor uvádí metody, použité při zpracování disertační práce. Obsahem čtvrté kapitoly jsou hlavní výsledky disertační práce. Konkrétně vyhodnocení výsledků z provedeného kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu. Dále je zde v páté a šesté kapitole provedena verifikace cílů a hypotéz. Na základě všech výsledků, autor v sedmé kapitole navrhl doporučení pro organizace, jak implementovat koncept CSR do podnikových struktur. Součástí této kapitoly je také návrh osnovy samostatného výukového kurzu se zaměřením na problematiku CSR pro vysoké školy. Teoretické a praktické přínosy disertační práce jsou přiblíženy v osmé kapitole. V závěru autor shrnuje hlavní cíl a přínos disertační práce.

The presented propositions of the doctoral thesis are focused on the problems of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Czech Republic. The principal aim is to chart the current situation in using the CSR concept in the Czech Republic and, on the basis of this, propose methodical instructions of how to apply the CSR concept in practice. At the beginning of the doctoral thesis the author explains the reasons of selection of the stated topic. In the first chapter the author formulates the theoretical possibilities that are related to the problems of CSR. The attention is paid here to brief development and definition of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, basic pillars of CSR and problems of stakeholders involvement. In the second chapter the author defines the principal aim, partial aims and hypothesis of the doctoral thesis. Those are supplemented by procedure and content of the thesis. The third chapter shows methods for following processing of doctoral thesis. In the fourth chapter are main results of the doctoral thesis. In the concrete the evaluation of performed quantitative and qualitative research. Further is in the fifth and sixth chapter made verification of aims and hypothesis of the doctoral thesis. On the basis of all results the autor proposed recommendations for an organization how to implement the concept of CSR into companies structures. Part of this chapter is also a propsal of individual trainee course which is focused on CSR for universities. The main contributions of doctoral thesis in both theoretical and practical levels are outlined in the eighth chapter. In conclusion the author summarizes the principal aim and contribution of the doctoral thesis.
