Annotation Diplomová práce se zabývá problematiku připravenosti Obce s rozšířenou působností Ústí nad Orlicí na pandemie. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na problematiku krizového řízení a pandemie. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu připravenosti vybrané obce s rozšířenou působností na pandemie dle Pandemického plánu České republiky. Ta je v další kapitole porovnávána se skutečným dopadem pandemie onemocnění Covid-19 způsobovaného virem SARS COV-2. Výsledkem práce je návrh doporučení pro zvýšení úrovně pandemické připravenosti a výpočet optimální varianty tohoto řešení.
Annotation in English The thesis is focused on the preparedness of The Municipality Ústí nad Orlicí to deal with Pandemics.The theoretical part focuses on crisis management nad pandemics. The practical part is focused on the analysis preparedness of municipality provided by Pandemic plan of the Czech republic. Next chapter compares an acual status based on Pandemic plan of Czech republic with real impact of disease Covid-19, expanding by virus SARS COV-2. The result of the work is a proposal of recommendations recommendations how to increase level preparedness of municipality to deal with pandemic and calculation of one specific variant of preparednes.
