Diplomová práce je zaměřená na pandemický plán v podniku, který bude vycházet z nedávné pandemie COVID-19. V teoretické části jsou popsány hrozby a jejich dělení, upřesnění pojmů epidemie a pandemie, včetně definice dalších pojmů, které patří do tohoto tématu. Práce specifikuje hlavní zákony a strategické dokumenty, ze kterýxh se vychází při řešení podobných situací. V poslední kapitole jsou zmíněné dopady nákazy COVID-19 na podnik a státní pomoc, která byla vynaloženy. V praktické části najdeme nejdříve obecné informace o vybraném podniku. Představujeme zde český podnik Tescoma s. r. o., který sídlí ve Zlíně. informace pro zpracování podniku byly získány během odborné praxe a další komunikace s podnikem. V práci je analyzován postup, který podnik během nákazy aplikoval. Následně jsou použity metody What If a FMEA. Za pomoci těchto metod můžeme navrhovat nová doporučení a opatřeními. Výstupem práce bude pandemický plán.

The thesis focuses on the pandemic plan in the company, which will be based on the recent pandemic COVID-19. The theoretical part describes the threats and their division, specification of the terms epidemic and pandemic, including the definition of other terms that belong to this topic. the thesis specifies the main laws and strategic documents used to deal with similar situations. The last chapter discusses the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on the enterprise and the governmental assistance that was expended. In the practical part we first find general information about the selected enterprise. We introduce the Czech company Tescoma s. r. o., which is located in Zlín. The information for the procesing of of the enterprise was obtained during the professional practise and furter communication with the enterprise. The paper analyses the procedure applied by the enterprise during the outbreak. Subsequently, the What If and FMEA methods are applied. With the help of these methods we can propose new recommendations with measures. The output of the thesis will be a pandemic plan for the selected enterprise.
