Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi udržitelného rozvoje obce Salaš. V první polovině práce je popsán pojem udržitelný rozvoj, jeho historie a indikátory. Následně je definována rurální oblast a její složky, které ji utváří a různé kapitály venkovských komunit. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zabývá detailním popisem obce Salaš. S pomocí indikátorů udrži-telného rozvoje byla provedena SWOT analýza. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou podle SWOT analýzy navrženy kroky, které můžou vést k posílení udržitelného rozvoje obce Salaš.

The bacherol thesis deals with possiboloties of sustainable development of the village Sa-laš. The first half of the thesis describes the concept of sustainable development, its history and indicators. Subsequently, the rural area and its constituent elements and the different capitals of rural communities are defined. The second part of bacherol thesis deals with the detailed description of the village Salaš. The SWOT analysis was carried out with the help of sustainable development indicators. At the end of bacherol's thesis SWOT analysis suggests steps that can lead to the strengthened sustainable development of the village Sa-laš.
