V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou vztahu mezi učitelem a žáky. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký je stav vztahu mezi učitelem a žáky na vybraných středních školách z pohledu učitelů (včetně porovnání s FaME UTB ve Zlíně). V teoretické části jsou defino-vány základní pojmy vztahující se k tématu práce - vyučování, učení, učitel, žák, vtah uči-tele a žáků, pedagogická komunikace, výchovné problémy, atd. V praktické části navazuji na teoretické poznatky a pomocí dotazníkové šetření mezi vybranými učiteli na různých středních školách i učiteli na FaME UTB ve Zlíně, definuji současný stav vztahu mezi uči-telem a žáky. V další části podrobněji rozebírám nejčastěji vyskytované kazuistiky na vý-chovné problémy, se kterými se respondenti (učitelé) setkali při své pedagogické praxi. V této části jsou rovněž uvedeny přednosti a nedostatky současného vztahu včetně návrh možností jeho zdokonalení.
Annotation in English
The topic of the bachelor thesis was about the relationship among teacher and students. The intention of the thesis was to find out the level of relationship among teacher and students by using a sampling methoddogy in definite high schools an the FaME Tomas Bata University in Zlin. The main aim of the study is to compare the structure of the knowledge among these sampling groups. The essential terms that are connected to the topic of the thesis, namely teaching, learning, teacher, students, relationship between teacher and student, pedagogical communication, educative problems and so on are described in the theoretical part. In the empirical part, the results of the questionnaire applied on sampling groups have been presented. The author deals with the most common case studies of educative problems too. There are also suggestions how to create good relationships among teachers and students. In this part, there are also presented advantages and disadvantages of the present relationship including a concept for its improvement.
