Tématem mé práce je ''Prostředí náhradní rodinné péče‘‘. Cílem mé práce je přiblížit nelehkou roli všech zúčastněných při hledání a vytváření vhodného prostředí náhradní rodinné péče.
Zdůraznit význam individuální a skupinové práce s pěstouny či osvojiteli při přijetí do pěstounské péče či adoptivního rodičovství a provést srovnání prostředí náhradní rodinné péče s rodinnou péčí tak jak je chápana v dnešní době.
V teoretické části se věnuji objasnění základních pojmů a vymezení možností poskytování náhradní rodinné péče.
V aplikační části se věnuji již třem vybraným formám náhradní rodinné péče. Dále pak přiblížení a charakteristice činnosti neziskových organizací realizujících se v této sociální sféře.

The topic of my thesis is ‘‘The atmosphere of the substitutive family care‘‘. The aim is to approach an uneasy function of all participants during seeking and creating a convenient atmosphere of the substitutive family care. I would like to stress the importance of individual and group work with fosters and adopters during the admission either to the foster care or adoptive parenthood. I also want to compare the atmosphere of the adoptive parenthood with family care of these days.
In the theoretical part of my thesis I am dealing with an explanation of basic expressions and specifications of possibilities how to provide the substitutive family care.
In the practical part of my thesis I pay attention to the three selected forms of the substitutive family care. Then I try to approach and characterize the activity of non-profit organizations which implement their plans in this social area.
