Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychohygienou u pracovníků hospicové péče. Práce je strukturována do časti teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje psychohygienu a s ní spojené duševní zdraví, životosprávu a stres. Dále se věnuje hospicové péči a jejím pracovníkům. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumu, který je zaměřen na kvantitativní metodu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Data jsou vyhodnocena pomocí tabulek a grafů s komentářem. V závěru práce jsou popsány dosažené výsledky v souvislosti se stanovenými výzkumnými otázkami.

This bachelor thesis deals with psychohygiene in hospice care workers. The work is structured into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes psychohygiene and associated mental health, lifestyle and stress. It also deals with hospice care and hospice staff. The practical part is devoted to research, which is focused on the quantitative method using a questionnaire survey. The data are processed into tables and graphs with comments. At the end of the thesis, the achieved results are described in connection with the determined research questions.
