Diplomová práce nesoucí název Návrh a realizace nové IT infrastruktury pojednává o reálném návrhu modernizace IT infrastruktury v budově Lékařské fakulty Univerzity Pa-lackého v Olomouci. První část práce vysvětluje aktuální stav IT infrastruktury budovy, který je doplněn o teoretické informace související s tématem práce. Na základě analýzy současného stavu IT infrastruktury byly zhotoveny návrhy řešení. Jeden z návrhů byl ná-sledně realizován. Výběr daného řešení je popsán a zdůvodněn v úvodní kapitole praktic-ké části. Nejdůležitějším bodem praktické části práce je pak samotná realizace projektu. Závěr praktické části poté hodnotí provedenou realizaci a její přínosy pro uživatele a správce sítě.

The diploma thesis entitled design and implementation of a new IT infrastructure deals with a real modernization proposal in the building of the Medical Faculty of Palacky University in Olomouc. The first part of the thesis explains the current state of the IT in-frastructure of the building, which is supplemented by theoretical information related to the topic of the thesis. Based on the analysis of the current state of the IT infrastructure, solution proposals were made. One of the proposals was subsequently influenced. The choice of the solution is described and justified in the introductory chapter of the practi-cal part. The most important point of the practical part of the work is the implementation of the project itself. The conclusion of the practical part then evaluates the implementati-on and its benefits for users and network administrators.
