Ve své diplomové práci, na téma ‚qPrincipy právního státu‘‘, chci uvést čtenáře do proble-matiky právního státu a jeho elementárních principů fungování. V teoretické části se věnuji vysvětlení pojmu právní stát, jeho základním podobám, principům a vazbám mezi právním státem a občanem. Ve druhé kapitole teoretické části rozebírám členění demokratických a autoritářských forem vlád. V praktické části se zaměřuji na výzkum důvěry v ústavní insti-tuce České republiky u studentů Fakulty managementu a ekonomiky na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně a u obyvatel města Zlína. Vybrané instituce porovnám s celostátním výzku-mem. V poslední kapitole jsem u obyvatel města Zlína provedl výzkum v otázkách právních jistot a spokojenosti života v České republice.

In my master thesis on the theme ‚qPrinciples of a state based on the Rule of Law require‘‘, I want to introduce the reader into the problem of Rule of Law and its elementary principles of function. In the theoretical part I will explain the concept of Rule of Law, its basic forms, principles and relations between Rule of Law and citizen. In the second chapter of the theoretical part I will hold forth on the democratic and authoritarian forms of govern-ment. The practical part consists of the research focused on the confidence in the constitu-tional institutions. This analysis was carried out in the Czech Republic between the stu-dents of the Faculty of Manage-ment and Economics at the Tomas Bata University and the inhabitants of the city Zlin. Selected institutions will be compared with a national research. In the last chapter the research has been done among the inhabitants of the city Zlin on questions of legal certainty and satisfaction with the life in the Czech Republic.
