Bakalářská práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá krátkým seznámením s problematikou ochrany obyvatelstva, Integrovaného záchranného systému, Policie České republiky a obecnými informacemi o Útvaru rychlého nasazení. Dále popisuje historický vývoj Útvaru rychlého nasazení, seznamuje s organizační strukturou útvaru, výcvikem složek, příjímacím řízením k útvaru a následným základním kurzem. Závěrečná kapitola se zabývá nejznámějšími zásahy útvaru a mezinárodní spoluprací mezi protiteroristickými útvary po celém světě. Praktická část seznamuje s běžným průběhem zásahu odstřelovače Útvaru rychlého nasazení při zneškodnění pachatele. Práce pokračuje kapitolou vymezenou pro analýzu rizik možného pochybení pří zásahu odstřelovače Útvaru rychlého nasazení při zneškodnění pachatele. Závěrečná kapitola praktické části práce seznamuje se změnami a doporučeními, které vyplynuly z analýzy.
Annotation in English
The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with a brief introduction to the issues of protection of the population, the Integrated Rescue System, the Police of the Czech Republic and general information about the Rapid Deployment Unit. It also describes the historical development of the Rapid Deployment Department, acquaints with the organizational structure of the department, training of units, admission procedure to the department and the subsequent basic course. The final chapter deals with the unit's bestknown interventions and international cooperation between counter-terrorism units around the world. The practical part acquaints with the common course of the sniper intervention of the Rapid Deployment Unit in the destruction of the offender. The work continues with a chapter defined for the analysis of the risks of possible mistake in the intervention of the sniper of the Rapid Deployment Unit in the destruction of the offender. The final chapter of the practical part of the work introduces the changes and recommendations that resulted from the analysis.
