Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výčet a popis organizací a subjektů kybernetické bezpečnosti v České republice a ve vybraných státech na základě kterých jsou vytvořeny modely struktury organizací a subjektů zabývající se kybernetickou bezpečností jak pro Českou republiku, tak i pro vybrané státy. Dále práce vymezuje základní teoretická východiska předmětné oblasti, legislativní rámec ovlivňující kybernetickou bezpečnost v České republice, současný stav předmětné oblasti a rozdíly mezi bezpečnostními týmy CSIRT a CERT.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the list and description of organizations and subjects of cyber security in the Czech Republic and in selected countries on the basic of which models of the structure of organizations and subjects dealing with cyber security for both the Czech Republic and selected countries. Furthermore, the thesis defines the basic theoretical background of the subject area, the legislative framework influencing cyber security in the Czech Republic, the current state of the subject area and the differences between the CSIRT and CERT security teams.
