Tématem bakalářské práce je Biologická léčba refrakterního astmatu u dospělých pacientů. V teoretické části práce je definován pojem astma bronchiale, diagnostika, klasifikace astmatu, jeho léčba a edukace pacientů. Samostatná část práce je věnována pojmu těžkého refrakterního astmatu, biologické léčbě a edukaci pacientů o autoaplikaci biologické léčby. Praktická část práce je věnována výzkumu. Výzkum je proveden technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů u vybraných pacientů s těžkou formou refrakterního astmatu. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je identifikovat podpůrné faktory biologické léčby těžkého refrakterního astmatu v kontextu ošetřovatelské činnosti u pacientů v ambulantní péči.

The topic of the bachelor thesis focuses on biological treatment of refractory asthma in adult patients. The theoretical part defines the concept of bronchial asthma, diagnosis, classification of asthma, its treatment and education of patients. A separate part of the work is devoted to the concept of severe refractory asthma, biological treatment and education
of patients about self-application of biological treatment. The practical part is focused on the research which is performed by the technique of semi-structured interviews in selected patients with a severe form of refractory asthma. The main aim of the research is to identify supportive factors of biological treatment of severe refractory asthma in the context
of nursing care in outpatients.
