Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje tématu řízení školy. Teoretická část prezentuje koncept leadershipu v kontextu řízení mateřské školy a představuje sumarizaci poznatků o pracovní náplni ředitele mateřské školy. V praktické části je prezentováno výzkumné šetření, které bylo realizováno s využitím polostrukturovaného interview a tematického psaní s učitelkami mateřských škol. V závěru jsou interpretovány a analyzovány výsledky výzkumu, také odpovědi na výzkumné otázky.

The presented diploma thesis deals with a topic School Management from the Kindergarten Teachers' Perspective. The theoretical part presents the concept of leadership in the context of kindergarten management and it presents a summary of theoretical knowledge of the job description of the kindergarten principal. The empirical part presents a research survey, which was conducted using semi-structured interview and thematic writing with kindergarten teachers. In the conclusion, the research results and answers to research questions are interpreted and analysed.
