Předmětem bakalářské práce ‚qOptimalizace nákladů logistických systémů‘‘ je analýza a popis stavu logistiky ve vybrané společnosti. Z důvodu velké šíře logistiky jako takové, se ve své práci zaměřím především na dopravu, skladování, zákaznický servis a s tím související činnosti. V teoretické části se seznámíme definicí logistiky, logistickými náklady a možnostmi optimalizace pomocí vybraných logistických technologií. V části praktické poté popíšu jednotlivé části logistiky ve společnosti Everel, s.r.o. a navrhnu možnosti odstranění nalezených problémů, pokusím se o snížení nákladů na vybrané logistické činnosti

This bachelor’s thesis named ‘‘Logistics systems’ cost optimalisation’q deals with the analysis of logistics in chosen company. This topic is too wide, that why the thesis is more concentrated to transportation, stocking and customer service. In the theoretic part is introduced the definition of logistics, logistic costs and optimalisation by the help of logistic technologies. In the practical part we can find the description of the parts of logistic of Everel, LTD. There is also the sketch of problem solving of logistics and analysis of cost reduction.
