Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje celního informačního systému po vstupu Slovenska do EU. V první části je zpracovaná literární rešerše o podnikových informačních systémech, která dává obecný přehled o informačních systémech užívaných v podnicích a organizacích v různých oborech hospodářské činnosti. Dále jsou v této části práce popsané jednotlivé subsystémy celního informačního systému a procesy, které probíhají v rámci celní správy a které vyplývají z kompetencí celních orgánů. Účelem celního informačního systému je automatizace těchto procesů.
V druhé části práce je popsán současný stav celního informačního systému a na základě této analýzy je vypracován projekt inovace tohoto systému. Projekt vychází ze strategie Evropské unie pro oblast celnictví, která je závazná pro všechny členské státy.

This diploma work deals with the matters in the area of development of customs information system after the accession of the Slovak Republic to the EU. In the first part of this work is introduced the literature retrieval, which presents the general review about information systems used in enterprises and in organizations in the various departments of economic activity. Further, particular subsystems of customs information system are described in this part as well as processes, which are performed within customs administration and which result from competencies of customs authorities.
In the second part of this work is described the current state of customs information system, and on the basis of this analyze, the project of its innovation is proposed. This project results from the EU strategy in the area of customs, which binding for every member state.
