Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení hospodaření Domova Sosna, nacházejícího
se ve městě Třinec, který poskytuje sociální služby seniorům. Domov Sosna,
který byl transformován z původního domova důchodců, spadá pod příspěvkovou organizaci Sociální služby města Třince.
V teoretické části je blíže popsána problematika sociálních služeb, jejich rozdělení podle typu a jednotlivých poskytovatelů péče v České republice. Větší část je věnována samotnému financování služeb, které je vícezdrojové.
Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu Domova Sosna a dalších služeb, které poskytuje, včetně analýzy hospodaření a financování.

The target of the thesis is the evaluation of management of the retirement home Sosna in Třinec, which provides another social services for seniors. The retirement home Sosna, that was transformed from original retirement home, falls within state-funded institution Social services of city Třinec.
The theoretical part specific describe the problems of social services, their distribution
by part and individual care providers in the Czech Republic. The larger part is dedicated
to the financing of the social services, that is multi - source.
The practical part is more focus on analysing the retirement home in Třinec and another social services, which this organization provides, including analysis of management
and financing.
