Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku interní komunikace ve společnosti KOMA Modular, s.r.o. Cílem bylo odhalení předností a nedostatků současného stavu interní komunikace a následné navržení doporučení pro zlepšení komunikace. V teoretické části byly vymezeny základní pojmy, s nimiž téma bakalářské práce souvisí. Současná úroveň interní komunikace v dané firmě byla zjišťována analýzou dat získaných pomocí dotazníkového šetření a taktéž prostřednictvím rozhovoru se zástupkyní vzdělávacího centra a rozvoje zaměstnanců.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the problematics of the internal communication in the firm KOMA Modular, s.r.o. The aim was to discover strengths and weaknesses of the current state of internal communication and to subsequently propose recommendations for its improvement. In the theoretical part were defined the basic terms which are related to the theme of the bachelor thesis. The current level of internal communication in the given company was analyzed by the data obtained through the questionnaire survey and also through an interview with the representative of the training center and staff development.
