Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit fungující a stabilní podnikatelský subjekt v oboru fyzioterapie. Teoretická část, která zahrnuje literární rešerši, je východiskem pro vypracování praktické části diplomové práce. Pojednává o životním cyklu podniku, podnikání a popisuje náležitosti podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části práce byly na základě PEST analýzy analyzovány politické, ekonomické, sociální a technologické vlivy, které na podnikatelský subjekt působí. Pomocí SWOT analýzy byly zhodnoceny předpokládané silné a slabé stránky podniku a jaké jsou potenciální hrozby a příležitosti společnosti. V projektové části diplomové práce je popsána idea nového podnikatelského subjektu. Jsou popsány předpokládané fixní a variabilní náklady, celková výše vstupních výdajů a stanovení předpokládaných tržeb společnosti. Následuje finanční plán, který zobrazuje předpokládaný výsledek hospodaření, rozvahu a výkaz zisku a ztráty k 31. 12. 2022 a následuje výhled na následující rok. V závěru práce je popsána časová a riziková analýza.
Annotation in English
The aim of this master thesis is to create a plan for a functional and stable physiotherapy company. The theoretical part including the literature research is the foundation for the practical part of the master thesis. It deals with the concept of a business and describes the requirements of a business plan. In the practical part the political, economic, social and technological influences that may impact on a business organization are analysed based on PEST analysis. Using SWOT analysis the expected strengths, weaknesses and the potential threats and opportunities of the business are assessed. In the project part of the diploma thesis the concept of the newly created business is described. The expected fixed and variable costs, the total amount of initial expenditure and the expected revenue are outlined. This is followed by the financial plan stating the expected financial result, balance sheet and income statement as of the 31st December 2022 and the outlook for the following year. This diploma thesis concludes with a time and risk analysis.
