Tato práce se snaží jednoduchou a přehlednou formou uvést čtenáře do problematiky fundraisingu. V práci jsou vyzdvihnuty hlavní zásady a principy fundraisingu a rozebrány jednotlivé fundraisingové metody. V práci je provedena podrobná analýza současného stavu fundraisingu v České republice, která odhaluje kritická místa a nedostatky v oblasti fundraisingu v českých neziskových organizacích. Na rozboru fundraisingových aktivit Diakonie ČCE - střediska Betlém práce ukazuje, že v praxi lze úspěšně jednotlivé metody fundraisingu uvádět v život. V závěru práce jsou nastíněny možnosti pro zvýšení efektivity fundraisingových činností. Výklad je veden především s ohledem na laického čtenáře. Práce může sloužit začínajícím fundraiserům nebo neziskovým organizacím, které potřebují zlepšit činnost v této oblasti. Může dát stručný návod a také povzbudit v jejich práci.

This works tries to lead the readers into the fundraising problems with a very digested and simple form. There are highlighted main principles and fundamentals of the fundraising in the works and disarticulated individual fundraising methods. There is also performed a detailed analysis of the present fundraising situation in the Czech Republic, which reveals some critical spots and absences in the field of fundraising within the Czech unprofitable organizations. The works describes the analysis of the Czech-Fraternal Evangelic Church Deaconry - seminary Bethlehem‘s fundraising activities, showing, that it is practically possible to actuate the individual fundraising methods in life successfully. In the works conclusion there are outlined options for the effective enhancement of the fundraising activities. The reading is led especially with regard to the laic reader. The works tends to serve to the beginning fundraisers or unprofitable organizations who need to improve their results in this field. It can give a brief guidance and support and encourage their efforts in fundraising.
