Annotation Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem rostliny révy vinné, včetně ampelografie. Morfologie je podrobně popsána od jejich podzemních orgánů až po nadzemní. V práci jsou dále zpracovány poznatky o chemickém složení hroznu a technologii výroby révového vína. Popsány jsou pěstitelské faktory pro révu vinnou.
Annotation in English The bachelor thesis describes the wine grape with the inclusion of ampelografie. Morphology is described in detail from their bodies to the grand floor. Further, there are processed information about the chemical composition of grapes and grape wine production technology. This thesis includes the production factors for the wine grape.
