Bakalářská práce si v teoretické části klade za záměr informovat širší veřejnost lidským způsobem o autoimunitních onemocněních a jejich dopadu na běžný život. V části praktické se zaobírám typografií jakožto metaforickým vyjádření, jejímž užitím řeším problém názorného zobrazení pocitů a neduhů spojených s průběhem choroby. Ve stanovené linii tématu zkoumám přístup k typografii. Při zpracování textu v souvislosti slovesného i obrazového obsahu. Konečným ohraničeným výstupem je souhrnná práce v úrovni literární autorského textu i grafické úpravy, za jejíž hlavní přínos považuji pochopení převážně dětí s juvenilní artritidou. Nabízí vnuknutí využití typografie jakožto způsobu předání emocí a obrazně vyjádřeného zauzlení.

In the theoretical part, the bachelor's thesis aims to inform the general public in a human way about autoimmune diseases and their impact on everyday life. In the practical part I deal with typography as a metaphorical expression, the use of which solves the problem of visual representation of feelings and ailments associated with the course of the disease. In the established line of the topic, I examine the approach to typography. When processing text in connection with verbal and pictorial content. The final limited output is a summary work in the level of literary author's text and graphic design, whose main benefit I consider the understanding of mostly children with juvenile arthritis. It offers the inspiration of the use of typography as a way of conveying emotions and figuratively expressed knots.
