Annotation Práce je rozdělena na úvod, teoretickou část a závěr. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na toxické a fyziologické účinky germania a jeho sloučenin na lidský organismus. Dále se zabývá výskytem germania v potravinách a nutričními doplňky, které obsahují organicky vázané germanium. Jsou zde popsány i analytické metody pro stanovení stopového množství germania.
Annotation in English The work is divided into introduction, theoretical part and conclusion. The bachelor thesis focuses on the physiological and toxic effects of germanium and its compounds on the human organism. It also deals with the occurrence of germanium in food nutritional complements that contain organically bound germanium. The thesis describes analytical methods for the determination of trace amounts of germanium as well.
