Cílem mé diplomové práce je vysvětlit pojem ''manipulace‘‘ a seznámit se s manipulativními způsoby jednání. Moje práce hovoří o manipulátorech, jejichž polem působnosti jsou mezilidské vztahy v různých sociálních oblastech společenského života: rodina (rodič nebo partner v roli manipulátora), vzdělávací instituce (manipulace ze strany spolužáků - šikana), zaměstnání (nadřízený, kolegové jako manipulátoři - mobbing) a oblast komerce.
Na základě stanovených charakteristik, které ve své práci uvádím, lze rozpoznat osobu, která jedná manipulativně a jejíž jednání má za následek různá psychická a somatická poškození manipulované osoby. Proti manipulaci se lze úspěšně bránit použitím různých obranných technik. V případě masové manipulace je obrana poněkud problematická, ale v případě manipulace v soukromých a pracovních vztazích je úspěšná obrana možná.
Tato diplomová práce by měla nabídnout praktické návody jak mé osobě, tak také dalším ženám, které mají problémy s manipulátory ve svém okolí.
Annotation in English
The aim of this diploma thesis is explanation of definition manipulation and acquaint with the manipulative ways of action. This thesis deals with the manipulators whose fields of activity are human relations in different social spheres of social life: family (parent or yokefellow in role of manipulator), educational institution (manipulation on the part of schoolmates - vexation), employment (superior, colleagues as manipulators - mobbing) and commercial sphere.
On the basis of defined characteristics which are presented in this thesis, it is possible to recognize a person who acts manipulative and act of this person eventuates various psychic and somatic damage of manipulatable person. It is possible to successfully defend by using various defensive techniques against the manipulation. The defense is somewhat problematic in the case of mass manipulation, but the successful defense is possibly in the cases of manipulation in private and occupational relations.
This diploma thesis should offer practical instruction for myself, but also to other women who have problems with manipulators in their surroundings.
