Dozvíme se, jak je riziko definováno a jakými metodami ho můžeme identifikovat a ohodnotit. Co se podnikání týče, s jakou legislativou je spojeno. Praktická část popisuje konkrétní firmu podnikající v hostinské činnosti. Pomocí kombinace metod analýzy rizik hodnotí, co tento podnik při počátku podnikání může ohrozit a jakými opatřeními lze snížit nežádoucí důsledky.

The bachelor's thesis, its theoretical part, deals with the topic of risks associated with starting a business. It introduces the concepts of risk and business. We will learn how risk is defined and by what methods we can identify and evaluate it. As far as business is concerned, what legislation is it connected with. The practical part describes a specific company doing business in the host business. Using a combination of risk analysis methods assesses what can start the business at the beginning of the business and what measures can be taken to reduce the remaining consequences.
